We recommend booking our services well in advance to ensure availability, particularly during peak moving seasons. Also, you need to make sure your goods are packed well-enough before the moving date if you are not opt-in for our packaging service.

We can transport a wide range of items, including furniture, household goods, office equipment, and more. If you have specific items that require special handling, please inform us beforehand.

We require an advance payment of 80% of the total amount at the time of agreement, which can be made via bank transfer or in cash. The remaining 20% is due upon completion of the moving process.

There are no cancellation charges if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start date. However, a deduction of Rs. 5000 will apply if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
